I bought this hat this past summer because I’ve struggled to find one in the past that was comfortable, stylish, well made and a good fit for outdoor activities like running, hiking, working in the yard, etc. in the intense sun in Colorado without being hot and stuffy. This hat exceeded my expectations in every way so much that I asked my wife to buy me another one for Christmas because I wear it so much and love it. I highly recommend both this hat and this company, as I’ve had great customer service from them as well, so I will be a life long customer for sure!

I purchased both the Sun Guide Cap and the Aerial Cap. I like both very much. I have a 7&7/8 (24″) head and the L/XL fits perfectly. They are proportioned well that is they don’t just have a longer adjustment in the back, but the hat is actually designed for larger heads.
I love how the Sun Guide Cap can fold so when I stuff it in my pack the bill doesn’t get wrecked up.
The Sun Guide comes down a little lower on my head so it stays on better on a windy day. It also has a larger bill than the Aerial.
The Aerial is more comfortable to wear but since it sits just a tad higher it doesn’t stay on as well in a strong wind. It’s perfect on a calm day when I just want to keep the sun out of my eyes.
Like other reviewers say, the strap in the back does loosen up. I don’t notice it so much if I leave it on, but if I move it around or take it off and put it back on I have to snug it up. I’m so happy that both fit my large head so well that I’ll live with a strap that loosens a little.

I live in the Caribbean where it’s warm everyday. I’m so done with standard baseball caps with heavy material that reliably produce a sweathead. The Arial cap is such a breakthrough. Light, great sun protection, good brim, easily adjustable and so coooool!

I have a really big head, and getting hats that actually fit has been a lifetime struggle. But this hat FITS! I love it! There aren’t big poufy parts that stick up from my skull. It fits all over.

I love this hat. It took a long time to find this style, that isn’t deep like a baseball cap. Just the right amount of brim, great color, easily snaps and adjusts in the back so I can secure my hair- Great cap.

I LOVE this hat, for doing anything outside, running or non! The M/L seems to be the only size left of these anywhere, and is much to big for my head unfortunately. Please bring back the “one size” size please!

This cap looks great and the material is very nice but I can not recommend purchasing it. The cap has one glaring flaw and that is the size adjustment system.
The system for adjusting the size uses the standard tab that can pulled to increase the tension on the back of the cap. The adjuster that this cap uses is so loose that as soon as you put the hat on, the adjuster starts slipping and all the tension is lost. The first gust of wind that comes along can then blow the cap off your head.
In addition to this, the loop used to tuck in the adjuster is sewn into the far end of the adjuster band so the tab has to be pulled all the way to the minimum size to use the loop to tuck in the tab. If the tab is only pulled half way across, the end of the tab never reaches the loop so the loop becomes useless. This results in the tab hanging down. However, since the adjustment system loosens up by itself, the loop is once again useless.
I have contacted the manufacturer regarding the shortcomings of the adjustment system. They asked me to submit images but then I never received any response from them.

I use this everyday when I walk outside and it’s so comfortable and lightweight even in high temperatures. I’m so glad to have the M/L size as I have trouble finding hats that fit and don’t end up giving me a headache. I’ll definitely be getting the black once it’s back in stock, and would also love to see a plain white.

Living in south Florida with super hot and humid weather 6mo’s/yr, this is the best light weight hat by far. Perfectly Fits larger heads too!!. Just bought 5 of these cuz they ran out last summer. No big logo across the front, makes it one step up from typical casual hat. Need more hats like this without giant logo on hat.

I’ve been using this hat for several months now and it’s become my go to hat. I love it for hiking with its lightweight wicking fabric. The adjustable band is great because I can easily pull my sun hoodie beneath the cap on windy days to hold it in place. A quick rinse and it’s ready for a day in town. Great hat that I highly recommend
